Unauthorized helicopter landing at gas station in Altai
The Gorno-Altai transport prosecutor's office has launched an investigation into an incident involving a helicopter in the Aktash village of the Altai Republic, Russia. Eyewitnesses captured footage of a Robinson helicopter landing at a gas stationon June 9th, 2023, raising concerns about safety. The pilot's departure from the site was marked by a perilous maneuver near power lines. The West Siberian Transport Prosecutor's Office revealed that the landing and takeoff had taken place without the necessary authorization from the aviation department. As the audit unfolds, there is a possibility of a criminal case being initiated.
