Dessert expert makes niece's birthday fin-tastic with an awe-inducing Mermaid cake
Spec-tail-cular footage has surfaced of a cake artist making and decorating a stunning mermaid cake.
The cake in question is a Speculoos caramel special in which slices of bread are stacked on top of each other with a sumptuous cheese filling between every two pieces.
Once the stacking part is done, the filmer, Marie Desrumaux, covers the delight in vanilla cream, before glamming it up using cute mermaid designs.
"This was my niece's birthday cake," Marie wrote online. "You won't believe it but I prepared this cake in less than three hours."
