Drunk man steals car with two children inside, facing kidnapping charges.
On 21st June, the duty group of the state traffic inspectorate in Yakutsk received a telephone message stating that a Toyota Corolla was stolen from Semyon Danilov Street.
The 55-year-old thief, caught after 10 minutes, claims he was unaware of the kids in the back seat. Authorities are investigating the incident, and the children have been reunited with their mother. The man also faces charges for drink-driving without a license.
