A CCTV camera caught the horror as it unfolded in the lorry park of a fruit and vegetable wholesaler in Lenina - a rural settlement in Krasnodar urban district, Russia.
The footage shows how the man jogs across the wet tarmac in heavy rain when a bolt of lightning suddenly strikes him, instantly knocking him to the ground on 27th June.
