A motorist encountered a family of Siberian tigers when driving along a mountain road in northern China.

The video was filmed in Hunchun City in Jilin Province on June 19.

Meng Zhaoyan, the motorist, was driving towards Hunchun City when he unexpectedly stumbled upon the awe-inspiring sight of four tigers leisurely strolling along the road.

Despite the presence of the stationary vehicle just a few metres away, the tigers displayed a calm demeanor, occasionally glancing towards Meng inside the car. The entire episode lasted approximately two minutes, after which the tigers slowly disappeared into the nearby forest.

According to Meng, this is the second time he has seen tigers this month. The previous sighting occurred around June 4 or 5, also on this mountain road, but at a different location. That time, there was only one tiger, and it quickly vanished into the grass as soon as he approached.

这段视频是6月19日中午12点多拍摄的，地点是吉林延边春化镇的一条山路上。拍摄者孟先生当时正驾车往珲春市方向走，看到4只老虎在山路上。见到停在十几米外的车辆，老虎并未离开，并时不时望向车里的孟先生。整个过程持续大概有2分钟，老虎们才缓慢钻入路边的森林中。
吉林珲春市市民 孟昭岩：这是我这个月第二次看到老虎了，上一次大概在6月4日、5日。当时也是在这个山路上，但不是一个地方，那次是一只，那次天比较黑，我一过来老虎就跑到草里了。我们工作单位有这个培训，野外遇见老虎不要开车窗、不要停留，更不要下车。
此次老虎出现的地点，属于东北虎豹国家公园范围内，专家介绍，公园内的天地空一体化监测系统，曾经记录过这个东北虎家庭。
国家林草局东北虎豹监测与研究中心副主任 冯利民：画面中一只母虎带着三只幼崽，母虎在我们这边编号是第65号。实际上，这胎幼崽是去年出生的，到现在一岁左右，也是经常在这个区域活动。正常情况下，幼虎跟随母亲会在一年半到两年左右，幼虎长大会离开，寻找自己的领地。
