Midnight earthquake jolts residents awake in northern Thailand
This is the moment a magnitude 4.5 earthquake jolted a house in northern Thailand shortly after midnight.
CCTV footage shows the earthquake shaking a residence, causing the security camera to vibrate in Phichit province on June 29.
The Earthquake Observation Division of Thailand's Meteorological Department said the quake was centred in Bang Krathum district in Phitsanulok.
It was recorded at around 12:17 am local time at a depth of five kilometres.
Residents in nearby provinces, including Nakhon Sawan, Phichit, Loei, and Kamphaeng Phet also reported feeling the earthquake.
There were no immediate reports of injuries or damage.
