A nervous tourist was thrown from the back of an ostrich in a bird-riding fail.

Ruang Prach visited a farm with friends and tried the attraction in Dalat, Vietnam on June 2.

Footage shows Ruang mounting the giant feathered land creature. He was given instructions by the keepers but screamed as the ostrich took off.

He was given a tour around the enclosure while he screamed before he finally lost balance and tumbled to the ground.

He said: ‘The ride was too extreme for me. It's a live bird, so I was afraid of what it would do.'

A farm caretaker quickly approached Sort after he fell and the bird returned to the gate.

Sort added: ‘That was my first time riding an ostrich. I think that would also be the last.'
