An urban explorer has left TikTok users creeped out after revealing the inside of an abandoned hospital, where you “could tell there were many deaths”.

Jose Flores regularly hits the headlines for his adventures around buildings that are forgotten-in-time, which he shares online (@josefloresterror) with his 6.4 million followers.

Most recently, he has taken viewers on a tour around one of the "most haunted" mansions in the world, where the 23-year-old discovered red satanic symbols on the walls.

Now, he’s back again.

In his latest YouTube video, which has over 56,000 views and thousands of likes, he explores an abandoned hospital seemingly left untouched for over three years.

"As we entered, we could tell that there were many deaths in this hospital," Jose, a content creator from Mexico, told NeedToKnow.co.uk.

"We also entered an area that previously had some radiation and it looked like they performed X-rays in there.

"I don't know if we were exposed to radiation, as this can still lie around."

The hospital can reportedly be found in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.

In the clip, Jose begins by showing the hospital pharmacy, where rubble, dust and dirt has encompassed the room.

Across the doors and walls, graffiti and other types of vandalism can be seen.

After walking past the medication counters, old patient rooms and medical supplies are found, alongside syringes that appear used and nutrient drinks well past their sell-by date.

Users have flocked to the comments to share their reactions, with some offering advice for Jose’s next adventure.

Vector said: “Very good video but if you visit an abandoned hospital, take a face mask because there are usually many pathologies or diseases in a hospital.”

Diana added: “Your videos are incredible and excellent.”

Mike commented: “What a bravery guys, I really congratulate you, I wouldn't dare to enter a place like this, great video!”

Leonardo wrote: “How terrible these things are...excellent videos.”

“I consulted in that clinic and every time I went there I was afraid, it’s ugly and very gloomy,” added Rosy.

“A little scary,” said Ana.

“Great video bro, but you should wear more protection,” added Christopher. [sic]

“GOOD VIDEO FRIEND," wrote Betty.
