'I have sex with my partner at least once EVERY day – people say it's weird but it makes our relationship stronger'
A woman who has been with her partner for almost 15 years has shared why they have sex every day and why she doesn’t mind if he likes other women’s sexy snaps online – despite what evil trolls say.
Influencer Thuy Le, 30, and Quang Pham, 32, have been dating since they were teenagers and now live and work together in London.
In a video shared to TikTok (@xthuyle), they have revealed their secret to romantic success, but it is causing division online – with over 178,600 views and 16,400 likes.
"The biggest surprise to people is that we have sex almost every day," Thuy told http://NeedToKnow.co.uk .
"I think prioritising this in our relationships allows us to feel connected to each other and feel loved.
"We live together, work together and have friends together so we have a super open communication, nothing is off-limits.
"We speak openly about finance, and have passwords to each other's phones and apps, it makes everything a lot easier to be open and transparent about everything!
"I am not a jealous girlfriend at all.
"I honestly don't care if he likes other girls' photos, I don't care if he goes on boys' holidays.
"If he wants to go to a strip club, I'm like ‘go girl, do your thing, let me know how it goes'.
"You know the saying that strict parents make rebellious kids, I feel like that's the same when it comes to relationships.
"I'd rather my boyfriend be open and honest and tell me things rather than go and lie, and do it behind my back.”
Although the couple are loved up, marriage is not on the cards and they are more than happy to discuss any challenges they face with a professional.
She said: "I have absolutely no desire to get married.
"I don't know if it's because we've been together for so long […] but I just feel like marriage is a waste of money.”
"There was a period earlier on in our relationship when I had a very low sex drive (which I found out was due to the contraceptive implant).
"After going to couple’s therapy, I found that prioritising each other's love languages is so important for each other to feel truly loved.
"I have learned over the years that a relationship will not always be 50/50 all the time.
"There are periods where one person can only give 30% and the other needs to give 70% and vice versa.
"Supporting one another and pushing each other towards their goals has allowed us to grow together, rather than growing apart after all these years!"
After sharing her controversial opinions on TikTok, online users have rushed to the comment section to share their reactions.
Referring to the duo’s daily sex routine, Elizabeth Ann said: "Girl, did you mean to say once or twice a week, cause d*mn lol." [sic]
Asha Evans commented: "Get married…for the legal benefits only." [sic]
"Buying a house together without being married is very messy. If you break up it will be a nightmare to dissolve," someone else wrote.
Someone else wrote: "I think we almost all agree the weird fact is that you guys [have sex] once or twice a DAY." [sic]
Lushi, also referring to the couple’s active sex life, added: "Once or twice a DAY !!!!!! Jesus I had to blink to make sure I heard it right! Ouch." [sic]
