A landslide struck the Jammu-Srinagar highway in India's Jammu and Kashmir today (July 3). Luckily, no vehicles were circulating at the time of the incident.

The footage shows rocks and soil falling onto the road, completely blocking one lane. Local officials said that traffic resumed smoothly on the other section of the road.

The footage was filmed in the Kunfer Chanderkote area in the Ramban district on July 3.

Visuals showed the rubble crumbling down a hill and onto the road. A massive amount of debris fell off and blocked the path completely. Fortunately, there weren't any vehicles in the area when this happened. As per the officials, the landslide led to one lane of the highway being blocked. However, traffic movement continued on the other lane of the highway. "The traffic was playing smoothly through the two-lane road," officials said.
