STORYLINE:
After making stops in Beijing, Harbin, Shenzhen, Chongqing, and Yibin, the flame of the Chengdu 2021 FISU World University Games finally returned to its host city, Chengdu, in southwest China on Sunday. There the last leg of the flame relay started.
The flame was carried through Sichuan University's Wangjiang Campus, Chengdu Sport University, and Chengdu Polytechnic. At each location, 31 torchbearers from various fields such as sports, civil aviation, education, medical care and technology carried the flame.
The flame relay will continue its journey through universities in Chengdu and Dong'an Lake Sports Park, igniting a unique journey of glory and dreams.
