STORYLINE:

Tianshui Normal University in northwest China's Gansu Province has teamed up with local enterprises to develop a training program with the aim of creating more job opportunities for students.

The "university-enterprise" cooperation model has allowed students to join a talent class set up by the university.

"In 2015, our university began to cooperate with local enterprises including Huatian Technology. In 2021, we established the first Huatian Talent Class, with 89 students. Those students went to local enterprises for internships in their senior year. So far, we've sent near 300 talents to these enterprises."
