Six people died and three were left with injuries after a car fell into a well in eastern India's Jharkhand.

This tragic incident took place near Romi village in Hazaribagh district on July 4.

Visuals showed the SUV car in the well. A massive crowd had gathered at the spot and the vehicle had to be taken out with the help of a crane. The crane lifted the car out of the well and put it. The crane also pulled out the injured as well as those who had died in that car.
"Six people were killed in the accident which took place at around 1:30 pm near Romi village of Padma block of Hazaribagh. With the help of local people and the village, three people were rescued and sent to the hospital," police said.

According to a report, the passengers inside the car were on their way home after returning from Darbhanga where they had been to a Kali temple. The driver reportedly lost control of the car and it collided with a bike after which it fell into the well. The injured are undergoing treatment at the Medical College hospital.
