This is a compilation video I've made during the hottest June on record this year and the most thundery episode in modern times when UK and Ireland had more than nine days in a row of intense thunderstorms. These clips are a combination of drone footage, DSLR time lapse and phone clips showing the highlights of this active period in which I chased storms for seven days. Torrential rain and lightning but also the most beautiful and dramatic storm clouds I've ever seen in N. Ireland in over twenty years of chasing. From black bases to stunning sculptured updraught towers in full sunshine, also a rare wall cloud and even a funnel cloud. I hope you enjoy the video in what has become my favourite summer of all time.
