A driver making a call to "Wayne" erupts in an off-kilter tirade, making dubious claims about having cancer and pegging Mikey as a Chelsea fan. The dialogue takes a weird twist with the driver asking Mikey about his virginity, making explicit requests, and even offering explicit favors in return.

CyclingMikey, who catches many law breaking drivers, videoed this driver making a phonecall to "Wayne". The driver erupted in anger, claiming he had cancer (not very believably) and called Mikey "I bet your [sic] a Chelsea Fan." The tirade became ever more bizarre with the driver then asking whether Mikey was a virgin, then asking him to w**k the driver off, and offering to suck Mikey off.
