Quick-thinking father saves toddler from falling off bed in China
A quick-thinking father saved his one-year-old from falling off a bed in eastern China.
CCTV footage filmed in the city of Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province on June 22 shows a baby attempting to climb over the headboard of a bed while playing and suddenly falling over.
The baby’s father named Lei, who was talking to his wife grabbed spotted the incident and quickly grabbed the child to prevent them from falling down.
According to reports, the bed was approximately one metre high from the ground with no protective padding such as a foam mat.
Fortunately, Lei managed to catch his child in time, preventing a dangerous tumble.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
