An irritated pet cat attacked its owners when they made a lot of noise moving furniture.

The angry five-year-old ginger feline was calm when it approached the couple who were pushing a mini-fridge to the kitchen in Pathum Thani province, Thailand on May 24.

But the creature somehow because furious as the husband fixed the appliance into its new spot.

Footage shows the malicious moggy chasing the man around their home to scratch his feet with his paws. His shocked wife retreated to the dining table while holding a bucket for self-defence.

Pet owner Ammy Waraporn said: ‘Our cat might have been stressed. We carried and moved a lot of things around to reorganise.

‘There was a loud noise, and it didn't like that so many things were happening.'

The couple locked the cat inside the living room and waited until it calmed down
