A dad dubbed “most modified man in the world” thanks to his unique appearance has revealed the final process in his latest transformation – removing muscle and skin to resemble an alien.

Marcelo “B-Boy” De Souza Ribeiro is known for his eccentric inkings and invasive body modifications, including fanged metal teeth, skin implants and a split tongue.

Over the years, he’s spent an estimated £29,000 on his transformation to resemble an “alien devil” and believes that 98% of his body has been altered.

Previously, he revealed his latest procedures – removing his index finger and splitting his hand in half – in a bid to have extraterrestrial hands.

Now, the “world first” transformation is complete after the 40-year-old recently underwent the final step: removing excess muscle and skin to define the look.

“I’ve made a new modification that doesn’t exist in the world yet,” Marcelo, a tattoo artist from São Paulo, Brazil, told NeedToKnow.co.uk.

“I had researched body modifications in the world and from what I saw, no one has yet made a similar one.

“I drew inspiration from movies and documentaries I watched about UFOs.

“The appearance I was looking for in my hands was that of an extraterrestrial.”

Marcelo, who has 1,500 tattoos, claims the full process took over four months to complete and cost £655 in total.

He started in February, where he had excess oil and fat removed from the sides of his left hand in a bid to make it slimmer.

Explaining the process, he said: “I began to see the possibility of making an opening in it through the middle where you can have [a permanent] split.

“After how I made [this hand], I found it interesting to do the other one in a different format.

“The procedure was studied two weeks before surgery and we removed the index finger [at the knuckle].

“Now, I’ve had muscle and skin removed with a surgical scalpel to make the hands as normal as possible to look the way I intended to have it.

“I wanted to finish mine perfectly so that it looks natural, as if I was born with the format.”

The 40-year-old claims each process was quick and smooth, with him scoring the pain only a six out of ten.

Now, he’s fully healed and is used to his new “claw” – and says that people are in love with his new look.

Marcelo added: “At first, people were surprised with how the hand looked.

“Today, they always ask me about the hands and to take pictures.

“Amazingly, I don’t have any difficulties with handling any activity I do with my hands.

“I can type, pick up and play musical instruments – it’s all normal.

“I have no regrets about the procedures.

“I’m happy and satisfied.”
