A young woman “obsessed” with fillers has gone viral on TikTok after revealing she will never quit – despite being trolled online.

Nineteen-year-old Ellise Howells, who works as a housekeeper in Cardiff, first started getting fillers a year ago, opting to get work done after pining for bigger lips since the age of 14.

She’s since branched out, getting 0.7ml in her chin and cheeks, 0.5ml in her nose and 2.5ml of filler in her jaw – spending over £2,190 a year.

Ellise took to TikTok last month to share her journey with injections so far in viral post that gained over 2.9 million views, 230,000 likes and left viewers with mixed reactions.

"I've always liked the idea of bigger lips, but when I had lip filler for the first time I knew I wanted to go all out on my face too, especially after looking at Instagram pages that were full of beauty aesthetics," Ellise told http://NeedToKnow.co.uk .

"The very first time I had my lips done I had just turned 18, ever since then I’ve just been obsessed with getting fillers.

"My first lip filler experience wasn’t the best though, I was hungover and not knowing what to expect with numbing cream I fainted because I didn’t like the way it felt on my lips, I was so embarrassed, but I still got my lips done.

"I went back again after the first experience because I wasn’t going for the natural look.

“I wanted them bigger, after the swelling went down I just wanted more and more.

“On my fourth lip fill I had some more complications due to the first injector filling my lips too close to the surface – which is why it became so bruised.”

While Ellise is pleased with her new look, those around her are quick to share their concerns about her rapidly-changing face including people she’s dated, family and friends.

But the influencer says she will "never" go natural again.

She said: "My family are used to it now, whenever I tell them I’ve booked in for more they don’t really have much to say.

"They used to warn me and tell me to slow down or be careful with it, but I think they’ve just given up on that at this point.

"I could personally never go back natural, I love my filler and I’d never turn back on my decisions with it, it’s made me a lot more comfortable with myself, but that’s different for everyone.

"Some people say no matter how much you change yourself you’ll never actually be happy, but for me that’s just not the case."

Ellise, who was shocked to see her TikTok clip go viral, maintains that she loves her face as it is and doesn't let negative feedback from strangers affect her self-image.

She said: "I wasn’t expecting it to get that much attention if I’m honest, there were positive comments and there were a lot of negative ones, but I wouldn’t have expected any different because it’s not everyone’s cup of tea.

"Some people said they love it, some say it’s nice but it’s too much, others say it’s horrendous or disgusting or that I’ve ruined myself.

"I don’t take much notice of the negative comments because it really doesn’t bother me.

“I’m happy with myself and no one’s comment will change how I view myself, maybe if I was 15 I’d get offended, but I was insecure back then.

"Everyone is entitled to an opinion at the end of the day, I just go by ‘do what makes you happy’."

After viewing the Tiktok of Ellise's filler journey, viewers were torn — some felt encouraged to get filler of their own, while others shared that it made them nervous.
