The air temperature in north Afghanistan's Jawzjan Province is expected to reach 43 degrees Celsius on Tuesday (July 11), and the temperature, according to the weather broadcast, will reach 46 degrees Celsius by Thursday (July 13).

People from Jawzjan are sheltering themselves from such extreme weather in the valleys, ponds and waterfalls.

Residents of many northern Afghan provinces, such as Balkh, Jawzjan, Faryab, and Sarpul, are coming to the summer resorts.
