Mahant Harinath is a 63-year-old popular monk living in Rajasthan, India. The religious man is well-known in the country for his amazing hair, which is 15 feet long. The villagers hold him in high regard, considering him to be sacred, and they visit him to seek his blessings.

The man claims that he has not cut it for the past 40 years. He started growing it when he was in the ninth grade.

"I didn't do anything special to grow it. It's so long and strong by god's grace", he said.

Harinath says he washes his hair only once a week and that he never uses any products. His hair routine is a long process: it takes 48 to 50 hours for it to dry. After washing it, he needs someone to help him tie the dreadlocks up.
