The election commission, accusing Pita Limjaroenrat of breaking election rules by owning shares in a media company, has referred the case to the constitutional court, recommending the suspension of Pita Limjaroenrat as a Member of Parliament. Pita denies the allegations. The Move Forward party wants large changes to the economy and power structures in Thailand.
