Amid heavy rainfall in Punjab and Haryana, northern India, a stranded puppy found itself trapped under the Khuda Lahore bridge in Chandigarh.

The local police and firefighters swiftly responded to the situation. Video footage captured a brave official conducting a risky rescue operation, carefully holding onto a ladder with one hand while securely cradling the puppy under his arm. The swift and forceful waters below added to the challenge, as any misstep could have resulted in both the official and the puppy being swept away.

However, with utmost caution and balance, the official successfully carried out the rescue operation, ensuring the safety of the puppy.
