Info from Licensor: "July 10, 23, rains in Vermont causing a 2.5 acre Beaver Meadow uphill from us to breach its dam and sluice through our property. What was a trickling stream slowly feeding our pond became a torrent. Beavers have now moved in and taken up home in their new habitat lol."
