The Cihan University in Erbil, Iraq, organized its first cultural festival under the slogan "Culture without Borders" on Saturday, with the participation of dozens of intellectuals, poets, artists and musicians from the Kurdistan region of Iraq and other provinces.
The festival witnessed the presentation of various literary and artistic performances.
