Residents of Padang City were shocked by the discovery of a grenade under a banana tree
The discovery of a suspected grenade in Kampung Tarandam RT 01/RW 02, Andalas Village, East Padang District, Padang City, West Sumatra (West Sumatra), Sunday (16/7/2023).
It was seen that the crowd was at the scene of the incident in a resident's house.
It is suspected that this grenade was placed on a wooden block that had been cut.
The police from the East Padang Police Bhabinkamtibmas were also seen at the scene.
The police have now set up a police line so that people do not approach this grenade-like object.
One resident, Bakhri (50) said that he was the first to find it.
"I found it around 09.00 WIB in the fields," said Bakhri.
