SpaceX's Starlink satellites amazed residents in eastern China’ Hangzhou City on July 14.

A series of 22 unidentified flying objects, perfectly aligned in a row, emerged from the horizon on one side of the deep mountains and glided slowly towards the centre of the night sky, one by one vanishing into the darkness.

Local residents were quick to share their extraordinary observations, and experts from the astronomical department were equally intrigued. Upon investigation, it was confirmed that the phenomenon witnessed by the locals is indeed linked to SpaceX's Starlink satellite system.

This particular Starlink launch took place at 11:58 on July 10, when American aerospace manufacturer SpaceX successfully deployed 22 V2 mini Starlink satellites into orbit using their Falcon 9 rocket (B1058.16) from Cape Canaveral Space Launch Complex in Florida.

As the satellites are deployed, they gradually spread out in space. However, before this dispersal occurs, they can appear to onlookers as a breathtaking, straight line of lights moving across the sky.

At present, the total number of Starlink satellites launched into orbit stands at an impressive 4768, with approximately 4435 of them still actively operating in Earth's orbit. These satellites work in harmony, enabling communication not only with each other but also with the ground stations on Earth. The culmination of this interconnected network has led to the moniker "Starlink".

这次星链是七月十日发射升空的，随着时间的推移，星链就会整个散开。在散开之前，就是大家目睹到的一条线状态，大概方向就是从西北向东南方向飞。
根据相关报道，北京时间7月10日11时58分，美国SpaceX公司在卡角使用16手猎鹰9火箭（B1058.16），发射22颗V2 mini星链卫星，打破火箭复用次数纪录。一级助推器成功降落在海上回收船。至此，星链卫星发射总数增加到4768颗，其中约4435颗仍在绕地球轨道运行。这些卫星相互之间可以通信，也可以与地面通信，于是形成了一个巨大的网络系统，所以叫做“星链”。
