Shipping was moved around at Portland Port today for the arrival of the Bibby Stockholm immigration barge Dorset UK

In order to make way for the arrival of the immigration barge the Bibby Stockholm at Portland Port Dorset UK. A cable ship needed to be moved in order to allow the refrugees barge to be places to where the former prison ship the HMP Weare was moored back in 2005.

There is a new security fence and electrical generators also on the arm of the dock within the port.

The barge will also be connected to water, sewage and power connections after it arrives.
