Mother and son help save lizard stuck in their garden gate
A mother and son helped save a lizard that was stuck in their garden gate.
Monsicha Chuaychan noticed the slim reptile trying to wriggle out of the small space in their gate in Songkhla province, Thailand on May 20.
She then called out to her son Nong Ing, 12, who was inside their home, to bring out a cutter and together, the pair saved the creature.
Footage shows the young lad carefully cutting wires around the animal's body. He then placed the creature on the floor to remove the rusty wires sticking to its body.
Monsicha said: ‘I am so proud of my son. He went out of the house immediately after I told him what happened. He has a heart for animals.'
The lizard was unhurt and released into the family's backyard after the rescue operation.
