Rescue operation officials rescue locals stuck in flood-stricken area in western India

The rescue operation team officials were seen rescuing locals that were stuck in flood-stricken areas in western India's Gujarat.

The incident took place in Veraval city on July 19.

As per reports, rescue operation team 06 of National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) received information about some locals being stuck at Bhalka mandir area in Gir Somnath after which the rescue team left for rescue operation along with necessary equipment. The operation began at 8:05 AM and by 1200hrs around 160 people were successfully rescued.

The relentless and alert rescue operations carried by the rescue teams have saved several lives.
