The Association of Alumni of the Colegio Juan XXIII presented new evidence and an organic structure of ecclesial crimes before the Public Ministry in Cochabamba, Boliva. Lawyer Jose Luis Gareca Arias, accompanied by some former students, showed a Beta/VHS video cassette, several letters, and an organization chart of various defendants who are part of the church.

“The later director, Carlos Villamil "Vicu", the next director Francisco Pifarre "Pifa", the next director the Jesuit Antonio Menacho. They have all been directors continuously, and all these Jesuit gentlemen have committed crimes of sexual abuse, abuse of power and all kinds of violence against students, against underage students, students whom they should protect, students that were entrusted by parents from all over Bolivia to teach them."

“They speak in this newspaper of 85 victims, in testimony of Alfonso Pedrajas "Pica" himself, but if you count the round blacks, they do not reach 85, here they are with their corresponding codes that we already have documented, processed for the corresponding tests, that at the time I think they exceeded 85 or as far as we go.”
