English actor Simon Pegg has said he is confident that the actors will win during a rally in London's Leicester Square on Friday (July 21) organised by the Equity UK union to express solidarity with the SAG-AFTRA strike in the United States.

The 'Mission Impossible' star mentioned he was 'slightly concerned' that some of the 'adversaries' aren't 'creative people - it's not studios, it's tech companies'. Pegg continued, 'it's a scary adversary to go up against but I'm confident that we will win, and I think what needs to be done on the other side is for them to be a bit reasonable, come to the table and know that we need to reach a compromise that we're both happy with and then we can all get on with things'. He added, 'they can't just starve us out, that's so unethical'.
