50 still missing as rescue efforts enter third day after deadly India landslide
The rescue mission for survivors of a landslide that had killed at least 26 in central India has entered its third day today (July 22nd).
The massive landslide struck Irshalwadi villlage in Raigad, Maharashtra, which was home to more than 200 villagers.
According to latest updates 26 are dead, and more than 50 are still missing. Footage from the latest operations show NDRF officers searching the devastated area for remaining survivors as rainfall hampers their efforts.
