A man has left social media users in shock after revealing the moment he shoved glow sticks through his nose - mimicking cat whiskers.

Andrew Soltis, 21, began modifying his body when he turned 18, starting with a space scene inked onto his right shoulder.

Now, three years later, he has numerous tattoos and six piercings, with three holes through his nose.

Sharing a video of his nose piercings to TikTok (@6a6s6 ), he gathered over 1.5 million views.

“I first started liking body mods when I was just a kid,” Andrew, a barista from Michigan, USA, told NeedToKnow.co.uk .

“Seeing all the cool tattoos and piercings I knew I’ve always wanted to be covered!

“I’m not too sure how much I’ve spent on all of them but probably a couple thousand over time.

“My favourite is a tossup between my tongue split and stretched septum!”

In a clip shared on TikTok, Andrew can be seen taking out two nostril piercings, one on each side, and one septum piercing.

He then shows off the holes in his nose, before cracking some glow sticks and placing some through each piercing, mimicking the look of cat whiskers.

Donned in a maid's outfit, the video of his new look gathered over 186,200 likes as well as thousands of comments from joking users.

One person commented: “It’s giving Kitty, and I love it.”

Eden added: “Best cat maid on TikTok.”

Frank wrote: “Looks like a cute little mole maid.”

Astraea said: “I love how silly this is.”

“Kitten whiskers,” added Gret.

“LMFAOOO MEOOWW,” said Pomma. [sic]

“Yeah he does tricks, go ahead buddy,” joked another fan.

Andrew said: “A lot of my videos that have traversed their way through the internet have been because of putting stuff through my piercings.

“The first time I did it I was mostly just curious if I could and decided to make a tiktok about it and people either loved or hated it.

“But I just kept doing it and got more and more traction!”
