Out-of-shape army recruits crawl across finish line in 1km run
Out-of-shape army recruits were put through their paces - crawling over the finish line in 1km runs.
The young soldiers were ordered to run 1,000 metres - two-and-a-half-lengths of the track - in under four minutes.
Footage shows how the determined cadets collapsed within touching distance before crawling across the line to complete the task. One even had to be carried by friends when his legs gave way with 20 metres to go.
The inspirational scenes were captured at the athletics stadium in Pathum Thani province, Thailand on July 5.
