We witnessed today (28th July 2023) an incredible experience, as suddenly a rescue helicopter landed on a normal parking besides our mobile van in Ebensee Austria. The team unloaded equipment from the helicopter not needed - I suppose to be as light as possible. A crew member stayed with the equipment, whereas another rescue member hooked himself under the helicopter. After some 5 minutes they already returned with the lady who hurt her leg in the mountains and the pilot has put them down directly into the stretcher. Incredible maneuver and extrem teamwork! As the injury obviously was not so serious, the crew loaded the patient into the chopper and they took off to the hospital. Elegant, professional, simply amazing! What a great profession.
