A tea seller located in Amritsar, Punjab, has been selling his produce for the past 35 years under the roots of a banyan tree.

Ajit Singh, 80, is seen crouching and sitting as he prepares his goods for the day.

He said he started selling tea around 45 years ago when he had just 20 rupees (£0.19) to his name.

Singh has become a local celebrity with customers travelling from far and wide to see his unique shop.
