Firefighters Dig Hole In Wall To Rescue People Trapped In Lift In Madrid, Spain

In Madrid, the Spanish capital, firefighters were called to rescue three people trapped in a lift that became stuck between floors on July 28th.
After technicians were unable to move the lift, firefighters decided to dig a hole in the wall as the safest way to access the trapped individuals.
The video shows the firefighters using tools to create an opening in the wall and successfully rescuing two men and a woman from the lift. Thankfully, the three people were not injured during the incident.
This type of operation was a first for the head of the Madrid firefighters, who has served for 23 years.
