Police quickly spot bungling thief hiding in a field thanks to his high-visibility jacket
A hapless thief trying to evade police was capture by officers who spotted him 'hiding' in a field - wearing a high-vis jacket.
The bungling thief, on the run after stealing a vehicle, thought it would be wise to hide in the bushes, but forgot he was wearing high-visibilty workers' clothing.

Footage released by the Aransas Pass Police Department shows the man sporting an orange high-vis jacket - surrounded by green grass and white flowers - and officers getting closer.
A spokesperson for the police department said: "NOTE TO THIEVES: Might be wise not to dress like a road crew worker while running from the police in a stolen car and then trying to hide in heavy brush."
The footage was posted online on August 2.
