受台风“杜苏芮”影响，北京自7月29日开始连续强降雨，局部迎来特大暴雨。
近日，北京市头沟区中门寺大街一红绿灯路口被淹过程监控视频公布。该段监控视频显示，整个过程不到20分钟，该段路面由路面积水变成洪流滚滚，有轿车被卡在水中进退两难,甚至被洪流冲走。
经统计，截至8月1日6时，此轮强降雨已经造成11人遇难，27人失联。
