Osprey struggling with a big fish is nearly blown off its perch.

Australasian Ospreys (Pandion haliaetus cristatus) are the most common fishing eagle in southern Australia. This male Osprey caught a large Grey Mullet (Mugil cephalus) in the Greenough River Estuary nearby and landed on top of a power pole to consume it. However, the Mullet didn’t give up easily, and the combination of a strong wind and a large flapping fish caused the Osprey to overbalance several times before he finally dispatched the fish and was able to eat it.
