A homemade UFO amused road users as it drove alongside cars in Thailand.

Footage shows the silver hat-shaped vehicle with flickering lights turning heads as it glided down a road in Pattaya on August 7.

Locals and tourists were seen laughing and whipping out their phones to take photos as the spaceship as it passed by.

The DIY spacecraft was created by Uncle Noo, 63, who built it using a KTV car as the base.

He said: 'I wanted to make passers-by smile when they saw my UFO creation. It's my way of creating a vibrant and cheerful atmosphere for tourists in Pattaya.'

Uncle Noo also raised eyebrows in Pattaya back in 2020, when he drove around the city on a motorcycle customised as a witch's broom.
