The flame of Chengdu Universiade has been extinguished, bringing down the curtain on the sports gala that has knitted together the global youth to enliven and inspire the world.
The closing ceremony concluded with a bang on Tuesday in Chengdu, capital of southwest China's Sichuan province. The baton now has been passed to Germany, which will host the 2025 FISU World University Games.
