On August 4th, Shijiazhuang experienced heavy rainfall, resulting in large pools of water accumulating on the roads.

However, the citizens of Shijiazhuang appeared undaunted by the situation. Videos show cars, pedestrians, and electric scooters calmly making their way through the waterlogged streets in their daily order.

Aside from the umbrellas in their hands and raincoats on the bodies of pedestrians, people act as if the ponding water is completely nonexistent.
