A timelapse video of the famous Shibuya "scrambled crossing", where thousands of tourists rush every day. In this timelapse video, Japanese people can be seen crossing the intersection, while tourists film the crossing with their smartphones. A Southeast Asian couple can even be seen proposing in the middle of the intersection. This summer is the first during which tourists can return to Japan without pandemic-related restrictions and as can be seen, both Japanese and tourists do not seem to wear face masks, despite a recrudescence of the epidemic in Europe.
