　　【解说】云南省弥勒市竹园镇地处珠江水系南盘江支流甸溪河沿岸，种植莲藕17000亩，素有 “莲藕之乡”的美誉。近日，在第一茬莲藕采挖上市后，当地村民用荷花、荷叶、莲子、莲藕与其他食材巧妙搭配，制作出了银耳莲子羹、荷叶肉卷、藕圆子、凉拌荷花、藕鱼、清炒藕丝等美食。

　　每一道菜都彰显“荷”元素。天为幕、地为席，蓝天白云、青山碧水间品尝荷花宴，着实是一种难得的享受。

Zhu Yuan Town in Mile City, Yunnan Province, is situated along the banks of the Dianxi River, a tributary of the Nanpan River in the Pearl River system.
