'I don’t hate it': Woman leaves TikTok users divided after shaving HEART into hairline
A woman has left social media users unsure after revealing she shaved a heart into her hair.
Jesse Paletta came up with the idea of marking a heart in her hair after seeing it online.
Taking the daring leap and shaving part of her scalp two years ago, she fell in love, deciding once more to commit to the unusual heart.
The 29-year-old shared a video of the heart in her hair on TikTok (@parishiltonssmalleye), which has garnered over 1.1 million views.
“I've done it before, or at least attempted to, a couple of years ago, I just parted a heart shape into my forehead hair, put it in a little ponytail, and cut the hair,” Jesse, from the US, said.
“I'm not particularly gifted with hair so it took me well over an hour before I was happy with how everything looked.
“The first time I did it was much more spur of the moment.”
The TikTok clip was captioned: “Doing some suggested styles, I suck at styling lmao, pls come do my hair.”
In the video, Jesse can be seen parting her hair around the shaven heart.
She then styles her hair around the heart, trying a few different looks, including small plaits, a bun, and a messy hairdo.
The video gathered 120,700 likes as well as 2,000 comments from amazed users.
