A cyclist caught a driver using a mobile phone while driving in London, UK. When approached by the cyclist the driver tried to drive away quickly, crashing into another car, and then manoeuvred to speed away jumping a red light. Using a mobile phone while driving is illegal in the UK. Members of the public can report drivers using mobile phone by sending footage to the Metropolitan Police. If prosecuted, the driver can be ordered to go on educational course, receive points on their license or be fined.
