Helder Barbalho, governor of the Amazonian state of Para in north Brazil, said cooperation with China has the potential to contribute to Brazil's reindustrialization project through innovations.
He asserted that China's model could assist in financing Brazil's industry to become "green" while preserving the rainforest and generating jobs.
