A delighted gibbon named Yuanyuan couldn't resist racing down a wet hill to warmly welcome a man with a heartfelt embrace.

Video filmed in Pu'er City in Yunnan Province on August 7 shows a man bending over, trying to shelter the endearing gibbon from the relentless rain.

A staff member at the forest park revealed that Yuanyuan might've spotted the group from afar and made the special descent just to say hello.

With arms wide open, the gibbon joyfully ran down the rainy hill to embrace the blogger, who also bent down and shielded it from the rain with his hands, showing a warm scene between human and animal.

According to the filmer, a staff member at this forest park, the gibbon named Yuanyuan may have seen them coming from the mountains and came down especially to greet them.
